Returns & Refunds

- Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Items purchased from Accessorize Pakistan are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- Jewelry items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in case of dislike or change of mind.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice provided at the time of delivery.
- For return requests due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, Accessorize Pakistan will issue a refund in the form of a voucher equal to the amount paid for online orders.
- Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds for prepaid orders will also be issued in the form of a voucher with a 30-day validity. This voucher can be used to place a new online order within 30 days of issuance.
- In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, customers must contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery at cs@accessorize.com.pk or via phone at +92 300 0707356.
- A one-time exchange is allowed for any item purchased from Accessorize Pakistan (except Jewelry) within 14-days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, if a sale item is found to be defective or damaged, it will be exchanged or refunded according to the best available option.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product. If the customer wishes to exchange for a different item, a voucher code will be issued for the paid amount, which can be used to place a new order at www.accessorize.com.pk. If the new item exceeds the value of the voucher, the price difference can be paid through COD or debit/credit card, depending on preference.
- For defective or damaged products, it is helpful to share photos with the Accessorize Pakistan customer service team at cs@accessorize.com.pk when registering a complaint or reaching out via social media.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent to the address provided by the Accessorize Customer Service Team. If the complaint is validated, Accessorize will arrange pickup for the return at no additional cost.
- Please note, due to variations in monitor screens and lighting, the color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what appears online. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason
